2. What You Get

Your purchase includes:

• A comprehensive 10-section Strategic Dossier delivered as PDF
• Email support for clarification questions (24-hour response time on business days)
• One round of minor revisions if job posting changes significantly within 7 days

Your purchase does NOT include:

• Unlimited revisions or rewrites
• Phone/video consultations (unless purchased separately)
• Resume writing or editing services
• Application submission on your behalf
• Interview preparation or coaching
• Job placement guarantees

3. Delivery Timeline

• Single Target: 48 hours from receipt of complete information
• Triple Shot: 5 business days from receipt of complete information

Delivery may be delayed if you provide incomplete information, the job posting is unclear, or the company has no accessible recruiter information. We'll notify you immediately if delays occur.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information (resume, job posting, location)
• Respond to clarification questions within 48 hours
• Use the intelligence ethically and professionally
• Not share or resell your dossier to others
• Not misrepresent yourself in applications

You agree NOT to:

• Use the service for fraudulent purposes
• Falsify information in your resume
• Harass recruiters using our message templates
• Hold KAtlas liable for hiring decisions

You acknowledge that KAtlas provides strategic advice and templates, but you are solely responsible for your own execution, communication, interview performance, and the final outcomes. You assume all risks associated with contacting recruiters or submitting applications using our strategies.

5. Intellectual Property

• The Strategic Dossier created for you is for your personal use only
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell the analysis
• You may not claim authorship of our research or methodology
• The KAtlas name, logo, and methodology are proprietary

6. No Guarantees

We guarantee:

• Delivery of all 10 sections as described
• Quality research and analysis
• Professional recommendations based on available data

We do NOT guarantee:

• You will get the job
• Recruiters will respond to outreach
• The company will interview you
• Specific salary outcomes

We do NOT guarantee the absolute accuracy or permanence of Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT). Recruiter roles, company structures, and ATS algorithms change constantly. Our intelligence represents a snapshot of publicly available data at the time of delivery.

Why? Hiring decisions depend on many factors outside our control: internal candidates, budget freezes, role cancellations, timing, competition, and hiring manager preferences.

7. Refund Policy

Please refer to the separate Refund Policy document.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• KAtlas is not liable for hiring decisions or outcomes
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service
• We are not responsible for how you use the intelligence provided
• We are not liable for third-party actions (recruiters, companies, etc.)
• KAtlas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost wages, lost future earnings, or loss of career opportunities, regardless of whether we were advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Confidentiality

• We keep your information confidential (see Privacy Policy)
• You agree not to share proprietary methodology or templates publicly
• Case studies may be created from your dossier with personal details removed and your permission

10. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts if:

• You provide false information
• You misuse the service
• You violate these terms
• Payment disputes arise

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms occasionally. Significant changes will be emailed to active customers. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

13. Governing Law

Governing Law and Jurisdiction "These terms and any dispute arising from the use of KAtlas services shall be governed by the laws of New Delhi, Delhi, India. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi for the resolution of any legal matters."
