  • We provide generic/AI-generated content: No actual recruiter research, templates not customized, or salary data not location-specific.
  • Technical issues prevent delivery: We cannot access the job posting or the company has no accessible recruiter info.

Partial Refund Situations (50% Money Back)

You get a 50% refund if:

  • Job posting changes significantly within 7 days: We'll revise the affected sections OR refund 50% (Your choice).
  • Recruiter information is outdated: If the recruiter listed has changed roles and we didn't catch it. We'll research the new recruiter OR refund 50%.

No Refund Situations

We cannot provide refunds if:

  • You don't execute the strategy: You didn't apply or message the recruiter.
  • Recruiter doesn't respond: Response rates improve but aren't guaranteed.
  • You don't get the job: Hiring depends on many factors beyond positioning.
  • You disagree with the strategy: Recommendations are subjective; you received the research promised.
  • You've already used the information: Applied or messaged using our data.
  • You provided inaccurate information: Misleading resume details or wrong job posting.
